Parking access is a joke!!! Walking long distances in the rain with luggage is far from ideal!!! Room sizes could definitely use an expansion!!! Bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!!

The location on a pedestrian street was charming.

I faced significant issues during my stay. The air conditioning in my room did not function properly, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and cold throughout the night. Despite multiple requests to reception for assistance, their response was lacking, and I felt neglected as a guest. Additionally, the hotel’s communication was poor, leading to confusion when I arrived at the property, exacerbated by the language barrier and unhelpful staff.

Just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Orleans with best value. The hotel discounts parking from 18 euros down to 10 euros for 24 hours, which was helpful. Remember to park at the car park instead of in front of the hotel.
